Mistletoe GaSP - Cliatt Creek Trail

We headed out this morning to hike part of the Bartram Trail at Pointes West Army Resort. When we arrived at the office, they told us that they didn't have a trail map, and the parts of the trail on the park weren't well maintained, and that we were better off hiking somewhere else. So we went back to the car, and pulled out the phones. We found Mistletoe State Park and set the GPS.

Hi! (AKA Who we are)

We are a rag-tag team of rough and tumble forest adventurers. Just kidding. We're two adults and one baby looking to document out outdoor adventures. So, this is our blog.

Alex:
Alex has been on many hikes in his lifetime, mostly from his time in Boy Scouts and Adult Boy Scouts (AKA US Army). He prides himself in the many doo-dads that hang from his pack. Alex can mostly find his way about the forest, but does better when he has some sort of high-tech digital thingimajig. His hiking and outdoor goals are to backpack the Appalachian Trail and do hand to hand combat with either a reclusive hermit or a bear, whichever he encounters first.

Sheera:
Once went on a hike in Israel where she twisted her ankle.

Ziva:
Though she was only birthed six months ago, she remains the most experienced of our group. She's summited Everest twice, and spent two years working as a Sherpa. She enjoys taking in the scenery and making her parents find creative ways to change diapers in the wilderness.

We'll be focusing on our local hikes in the GA/SC area for now, but plan to be expanding and furthering out abilities as we enjoy traveling and walking the country.
